The Lean Muscle Diet Book

These last two months I've been reading a really interesting book about nutrition. The name of the book is "The Lean Muscle Diet". The book explains how to attain a desired body weight through exercise and a healthy nutrition. And explains that trying to create habits to keep it for life. From my point of view the book is really straight to the point and easy to understand.

Essentially I was interested on reading the book just because I was not sure about my daily meals. As a result, I realized that I was eating too much protein on my daily meals and not enough carbohydrates for the my desired goal.

These last week I've been modifying my meals and this week I started cooking all of them. As far as I can tell, they are delicious!
