Who owns start communications

Next Last. Is start. Their bandwidth cap is way too low for me and for the average 21st century household for that matter. I have been thinking of going to Start. I had Bell before I had Cogeco and they were far worse and faced slow speeds every day. So I do not want to go through that again with Start or Techsavvy.

I heard Start was a better than Techsavvy so I have been meaning to really give them a shot. I read that thread "Start Communications - Finally cheap cable internet in Cogecoland! I mean the comments stated it was better. But do the people that have Start experience any issues with the actual internet service or are they just saying it's good because they were sick of Cogeco? There's gotta be a catch, I mean Cogeco wouldn't allow a competitor to rent its own lines just so that competitor can charge way less and give better service I have a poll, just need your guys opinion on Start. Pricing isn't necessarily the best but it's consistently good, fast speeds, reliable, good customer service. Only issue is the get the reseller grade support from Rogers or Bell longer wait for install and 4 hour windows instead of 2 hour.
