I was able to go back to a previous save in the Picus building to when I had 3 extra praxis kits to use. I got the typhoon and found 2 typhoon ammos in an armory and a third one off of a knocked out guard. Stunned teh boss and used the typhoon 3 times in a row. Did teh job!
