さて、本題のお蕎麦の名店をおすすめします。
創業320年。千利休屋敷跡にある、堺の超有名そば屋

Established 320 years ago. Located in the former residence of Sen no Rikyu, a very famous soba restaurant in Sakai.

かなり歴史の古い建物でね、外側から見たら、どうなってんの!?思うよ。
It's quite an old building, and from the outside, it's a wonder

ハウルの動く城みたいな建物じゃない?
ワクワクするよねー!
内装もめちゃくちゃ歴史感じるけど、それは実際来て感じてみてね。
The building looks like Howl's Moving Castle, right?
It's so exciting!

お蕎麦は二八蕎麦。
ここも名物は〈あつもり〉
薬味はネギとワサビ。
The soba noodles are Nihachi Soba.
The specialty here is also "atsumari.
The condiments are green onion and wasabi.
濃い麺つゆの中に、生卵と薬味を入れ混ぜていただきます。
Mix the raw egg and condiments into the thick noodle soup.
ここもかなり濃いそば湯が出てきます。
はやりの蕎麦屋に行くと、本物のそば湯に出会えるのがうれしいなぁ。
The soba-yu here is also quite thick.
I'm glad that I can find real soba-yu when I go to a trendy soba restaurant.
