I found it worked better giving iy before a feed cos after she would either spit it out or throw it up Have you tried a nice clockwise circular massage on belly and a leg paddle like baby is slowly riding a bike between feeds.
If it helps my daughter took a while to get used to it digestively so I spent a lot of time paddling and massaging. My 11 week old has been on baby gaviscon for about 7 weeks. He gets constipated but I always give him a few oz of cooled boiled water straight after his morning bottle, then some sips later on too. It really helps, his stools are much softer and he's not in pain straining x. My daughter was prescribed and it took a few days to kick in, the constipation was so bad that I did some research and I am now using carobel a thickener to add to her formula and she is so much happier on it!
