What should i take to raging waters
Our Shops feature Raging Waters logo merchandise along with beach towels, swim diapers, sunscreen, film, and batteries, just to name a few items. Most of our water rides have a height requirement to participate.
These requirements can be found on the Attractions page of our website. The requirements are also on signs at the entrance of each ride. Free life jackets are available throughout the park at no charge.
Life jackets are required for guests under 48" in the wave pool. Raging Waters has lots of splash-tacular fun for little ones. Youngsters can play in a maze of plastic tubes, tunnels, slides, swing from bars, and shower under waterfalls.
The Little Dipper is a pint-sized paradise which features miniature slides, wading pools, fountains, and cascading waterfalls. Raging Waters is on County Property and is a non-smoking facility and alcoholic beverages are not allowed. Raging Waters will not page separated parties.
Should you become separated from your party, make arrangements to meet at Guest Relations, located directly inside the Main Entrance. They are all here for your safety and service.
There are four lounge and sunning areas, plus two shaded grass areas and a sandy beach for your relaxation pleasure. Lounge chairs are available, on a first come, first serve basis or you may choose to rent a private cabana for the day. Hot weather poses a risk of sunburn and heat illness. People may not realize how much they are being impacted by hot weather until they develop heat illness. Some guidelines for heat: Always stay hydrated with water. Use sunscreen on all exposed areas of your body. Reapply frequently. Drink water to hydrate. Heat Exhaustion: Look for the warning signs of heat exhaustion, which include fatigue, nausea, headaches, weakness, slowed or weakened heartbeat, clammy skin and drenching sweat often while feeling cool or cold , fainting or dizziness, excessive thirst, confusion or anxiety.
Although heat exhaustion is generally not fatal, it can be—so you must take this issue seriously and take remedial measures by getting to a cool place and sipping water. Park staff should be alerted to any heat illness issue you or a person in your group may be suffering from; we are here to assist you.
