Joined Apr 3, Messages Joined Nov 19, Messages 14, Well fully buffered ram was only used on core2 xeons from 5 or so years ago so I would have to say its no good for gaming in since you would have to use an ancient machine to use FB dimms.. Buffered and registered memory are primary used for stability and scalability in systems that run more than 4 or 6 sticks.
