Nothing works. My girlfriend who is not a premium member is having the same issue. Can't seem to find help on the internet. If this problem is not resolved, I will cancel my member and find another service. Worked great until a few days ago, now won't send texts from my computer. It just hangs endlessly. I used to have to perform a manual sync to get it to go through but now it won't even sync to send the message.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled, cleaned my cache, logged in and out on my computer, reset the app, etc. App and program are now worthless. I stayed up a few hours later excited to try to get this app and set it up but wow I sure have a headache now and sure wasted a few hours of my rest time trying to get this darn gone app to work.

App is pretty much worthless because its stuck on the "you need premium to restore past messages" it says to hit ol if you don't want to restore past messages but it doesn't do anything.

So im forced to pay for a service i don't need in order to launch the app even though it says i don't need to pay to use it. If i could rate less then one star i would. Tried pulling down on both sides to refresh and 18 hours later, still nothing. Looked all through knowledgebase with no luck. Was looking forward to this app, but definitely needs work. Uninstalled during trial. I had to uninstall this app because restoring your msgs doesnt actually work unless you have premium. Which i dont have that. Also if you want to "reset" or "restore" your current msgs. That button that says "ok" doesnt actually work.

Un-installed as soon as it sent an unsolicited web link to someone I was texting. The iPad app experience was alright but no split screen, no dark mode, and had limited settings. And I really didn't want to make this app my default SMS messaging app on my android phone.

I have this app for one reason and that is it sometimes works with my windows desktop. The windows app has much to be desired and does work half the time.
