The dashboards are a great way to publish and visualize content using a composite of tables, charts and diagrams which can zoomed in and drill through into sub diagrams. Its takes time to invest in creating the model and producing output but in a few months we're now seeing time saving in creating new views and using it in projects and in decision making processes.

Erwin is a tool with a very simple user interface that helps to seamlessly visualize company data models and streamline business processes. ADOIT has been a great tool for us to get online with EA tooling, allowing us to rapidly coalesce diverse spreadsheets etc into a single tool.
The vendor are friendly and engaged, and the tool itself is quick to pick up and start using, but with powerful capabilities under the surface. As with all EA tools, ADOIT requires an active user base and engaged leadership team to drive adoption and usage, but active usage and investment rewards with some pretty powerful matrix and dashboard viewpoints for portfolio management. The PMO team uses it quite a lot to plan projects and tasks and for settlement of internal and external spends.
Project planning can be done very easily. It has versatility to meet different kind of needs. It is easy to use so anyone can easily understand it. It is quite organized tool. Ardoq has been a fantastic tool for us to model business activities, and our technical architecture.
Over the year that we have utilized Ardoq, it has been improved even more, and we now have the ability to create additional views to help us understand our enterprise architecture. The Ardoq team has been very responsive, knowledgeable, and eager to help us out. They have kept in contact and take care of our requests promptly. We have recently expanded to use the analytical tools included with Ardoq and again, are impressed with usability and the support that the Ardoq team has provided.
Good experience with SoftwareAG overall. We have a large user base accessing the tool and the improvements to the visualizations to gain greater insight have helped on that journey. Our initial deployment on a much older version was not user friendly, however with the new Guide View features over the years, that issue should be avoided for any new users. Since then we have continued to adapt and make changes to the tool with help and guidance being freely offered by the consultants when discussing architecture concepts.
