His nervous way of talking never fails to be funny and his increasingly radical political ideas just made the whole thing even more hysterical. There have been many musical acts featured on Weekend Update over the years, but Garth and Kat are particularly memorable for their unique presentation. The couple is invited on the program several times only to be running late and unprepared. Not willing to admit they don't have a song ready, they proceed to make one up on the spot that turns into a rambling and silly mess.

It's made even funnier by the fact that Fred Armisen and Kristen Wiig are also just making the song up in the moment and cracking up doing it.
