The Allied Nations predominant strength lies in its air units. The three main factions have unique units for every field of battle, but each of them has a terrain which they favor. Every unit is beautifully rendered, and the environments especially the water manages to achieve the perfect combination of exaggerated cartoonishness and gritty realism. The way in which the waves and the seafloor are rendered is simply amazing, and it more than manages to blow games like Age of Empires III out of the water.

EA Los Angeles did a great job casting the actors for this game, seeing as we have personalities such as J. Simmons, Tim Curry, and George Takei performing as the leaders of each faction. While these cutscenes are among the best that the game has to offer, some players might find the jump from CG graphics to real-life footage a bit jarring. There are three groups in the game and the premise of the game revolved around an all out war between all three factions.

One of the most amazing things about this game is that you can play it on your own or you can play it online with other Red Alert enthusiasts. This game has a typical strategy game vibe to it which means that you set up base, collect resources to service and to boost your base and then use the resources to build a strong army that can defend the base as well as attack other bases. To play this game, one needs to have a mouse and a keyboard.

If you are looking to get a microphone for it, it is as per your choice. Other than this, you require a Play Station 3 or an Xbox to operate this game. As this is an online game, you are supposed to acquire an internet connection that is fast enough so that the game could be easily installed. The game is challenging on many levels, but the campaigns and skirmishes are conquerable for even the average player.

Command both water and world — This first-in-the-series experience sets the campaigns and skirmishes of war on water, land, and in the air. And if these units were not enough, The Empire of the Rising Sun also has Anime-inspired telekinetic schoolgirls to add a deadly distraction.

Choose your faction — Red Alert 3 gives the player the option to choose their side. Perhaps you want to be on the winning team with the Empire. Of course, the Allies will offer their own advantages as well as the disadvantages. Not sure where you stand? Play a different faction with its unique storyline each time you play. Invite a friend — With the cooperative mode you can join forces with five other friends to defeat the enemies.

Friends become foes in this mode while perfecting the best strategies to move their faction forward. In this real-time battle you are in control of everything from building your military to developing the economics of your nation, as well as tech research and diplomacy among your nation and others all during this WWIII global warfare. It is up to you to bring peace to the people of these lands who for years witness destruction and devastation.

Be warned, though, once you step onto this path there are no detours. Not interested in sharing the glory with your friends, then wage war on them with the multiplayer function. Everyone will control their own faction and complete their own missions.
