The service provider is netnet. IMAP is enabled when I logged onto the account through gmail. The error said it was a non-network issue and it gave an example problem of my system not having enough RAM which isn't the issue.

I installed Thunderbird, it automatically detected all the settings for the account and automatically synced all the emails.
