Plot Summary: Minase, a high school student, found a book of magic in an isolated room in his school. He started practicing black magic that has extreme sexual effects that benefited him and some of his friends. Intrigued, Minase got deeper and deeper into using the craft, not realizing the evils that will come forth.

Eventually, the origins of the book was revealed, and so did the incident twelve years ago on the night of the Walpurgis, the night when the power of evil is at its strongest. When the night of Walpurgis begins, Minase desperately tries to save his childhood friend Kurumi Imari from the clutches of the witch Reika Kitami with the help of his teacher Hiroko Takashiro. On Walpurgis Night, the evil school nurse Reika Kitami takes the final step in her plan to exchange bodies with student Kurumi Imari.

Meanwhile, Taki Minase and his art teacher Hiroko Takashiro desperately try to stop her. The fate of all their friends is at stake. They put a spell on a fellow student to influence their desires. Meanwhile, the lesbian student council president Nami Kozono unsuccessfully tries to seduce the newly transferred student Reika Kitami until her mind is cursed by magic as well.

The Rose Cross witchcraft club gains significant influence around the Academy by selling love curses to their fellow students. Leader Hiroko Takashiro later releases Nami Kozono from her love spell and she joins the club.

However, when the girls attempt to summon a demon, the ritual horribly backfires, causing Takashiro to change her mind about magic. In a crazed lust for power and vengeance, Kozono usurps the club's leadership and kidnaps student Reika Kitami to complete her ultimate goal: summoning the Devil himself. Academy teacher and occultist Kaori Saeki unsuccessfully attempts to revive the Bible Black with a new group of followers, but is interrupted by a mysterious white robed girl.

Police investigator Naoto Yamanishi witnesses a vision of an old love at a crime scene. And Tokken's chief psychic investigator Kurumi Imari again loses her body to the soul of Reika Kitami. With Reika Kitami's soul awakened inside Kurumi Imari's body, the witch once again attempts to seize power by stealing the Spear of Longinus. The mysterious Jody Crowley meanwhile revives the presumed dead student Yuki Toudou to influence future events. And the Tokken agency continues its investigation into the occult incidents with the help of agents Imari and Aki Ichikawa.

With the help of Rika Shiraki, nun Hiroko Takashiro manages to protect Aki Ichikawa after battling Jody Crowley, Academy vice-principal Takeshi Oshima's corrupted mind causes him to assault a hospital nurse, substitute teacher Shiraki is abducted by Kaori Saeki's followers, and Takashiro confronts the evil Reika Kitami, who is still in control of Kurumi Imari's body.

Police investigator Naoto Yamanishi saves Aki Ichikawa from the crazed Academy vice-principal Takeshi Oshima in the hospital before he quits his job and joins the paranormal investigation agency Tokken.
