Voor gasten in hotel Bella Vista 2 werken wij met een vergunningsysteem voor parkeren op straat, voor de gasten in hotel Bella Vista 1 worden zowel parkeervergunningen gebruikt als parkeerplaatsen op ons eigen parkeerterrein in de Wassenaarsestraat. It was okay for a one-night stay, nothing special, short distance from beach but along main road, cannot comment on breakfast because we skipped it and slept longer.

They should provide towel rails so that they can be dried and notchanged each day. Breakfast not included and available for a high price. I did not like the breakfast so much. There didn't seem to be many different choices and it was expensive for what you got. The fact that it was in a separate building from the main hotel andreception and the woman at the reception desk encouraged us not to havebreakfast!.

After a 13 hour drive, I said I was parked by the hotel. I was instructed to first park my car at the hotel parking then check in. What they didn't tell me was that the parking was a bit of a trek. The lady couldn't help me and with no trolley, I had to make 3 trips to get my heavy bags. I was then told to pay all my bill upfront. Was not exactly the welcome I was expecting.

We selected the hotel based on its location. We wanted to be as close as possible to my sister's apartment. Great was the disappointment to find out upon checking in that our room is in a building far away from the hotel. Fortunately my sister was there with her car so she could take us to our room. It would have been very inconvenient to get to our room on our own with heavy luggage.

On the website it said it was a real appartement, when we walked in, it was just an ensuite room with a cooker and sink in the corner. Noise from the street windows need to be replaced. Was not advised in advance it was at a different location, so I had to walk to Badhuiskade then back to the Circus Theater. Room was not cosy. Small hick-ups: lamp next to the bed did not work, other one was crooked, tap was not working properly. Very poor customer service and unfriendly staff.

High rates incomparison with what was available. Double room had two seperatemattress which kept dividing at night leaving you on a hard wood bed. Modern rooms with flat-screen TV, a private bathroom and free Wi-Fi.
