Ended up being WAY WAY more while the team was onsite to complete. The install team is doing a good job - it's the pre-sales portion that simply does not live up to why we chose to do these with Lowe's. VERY disappointing! UI also does not provide full work orders for the installers so they show up and get blindsided.

We called and got put on the workload to have UI come out and fix the flooring. By Monday, September 30, there were 14 cracks in my kitchen floor. This is after the allotted time they were supposed to be at my house. Again it goes back to respect. My husband and I both work. We have had to move our schedules around so there would be someone at our home.
They can't even call us when they find out they won't be coming in a timely manner. At this point, my entire kitchen floor will have to be replaced.

The installer came to my home to measure and immediately told me he couldn't lay the tile because the floor was uneven. Where does Lowe's find these people who obviously do not want to work? And why wasn't I told this before buying the tile? I'm going back to the store to get a refund and, hopefully, will not get the runaround with that!
