After syncing both ways , her Outlook still does not show the non-recurring events, but the Blackberry does show both recurring and non-recurring events. What may be a clue is that as a test, a couple more non-recurring events were entered onto the Blackberry, then the calendar sync was set from the Blackberry to Outlook, and then sync'd.

The newly created non-recurring events were then represented in the Outlook calendar, but again, none of the other "missing" events were, only the recurring events and the two new ones were present.. So what's different between recurring and non-recurring events? Syncing does not bring the events from the Blackberry to Outlook. Is it because the events are still there, but cannot be seen? How can this be? New events created on the Blackberry successfully sync to Outlook. How are those events different from the ones not evident in Outlook?

Just for yuks, I downloaded and installed the newest Blackberry Desktop Manager software, and the syncing situation remains the same. I'm perplexed. Anyone have any leads?
