Left a white film that looks like a wash on the top glass above the door. When asked about it, they said it would 'disappear'. This company doesn't come cheaply but how should it be that for the money you pay you get such shoddy service. Don't be fooled by the professional logo - all style but no substance in my experience!

This company treat there staff like a piece of dirt, they get rid of them for having an opinion which in my opinion is very unprofessional. We had a leaking glass roof which they came to look at, gave us an estimate which we accepted, We were then contacted by their head office that informed us that any repair would not be guaranteed. We had no option but to agree they came out and took out 3 panels and resealed them.

I was referred to these by my insurance company More than less than would be more appropriate but that's another story. A child broke my window throwing a stone and I stupidly went through the insurance.

What I should've done was called safestyle who originally installed the windows. The window was boarded up the same night but I was then told it takes 5 days to order the glass and an engineer wouldn't be available to fit the glass for two weeks. The two guys who came to measure up for the nee window first made everything safe and neat and tidy. The chap who did the fitting was quick, efficient and left the job in a clean condition. All the guys were polite, friendly and helpful and explained everything as they went along.

Had my back door replaced by Evander, spoke to a lovely lady in the head office who was very helpful. Two engineers where friendly and have done a great job! I wish I had read some of the reviews below before buying from Evander.

Please take my advice and don't use them. They were consistent, as in they were bad at every aspect of what they might laughingly call service. From missed or cancelled appointments, damage during installation to NEVER doing anything when they promised. I could go on and on!!
