I will print your suggestions out just in case it all goes wrong again with the Updates. Both Microsoft Techs tried everything for over an hour but nothing seemed to work un til I followed your instructions. After two days of mucking around trying everything I could find in the MS Help Community and following several step by step tutorials on stopping various services, deleting all the updates, update logs etc, rebooting over and over, installing a few KBxxxx patches, MS Fix It does NOT work!
