即興は improvisation is

This year I did practice of improvisation more than so far.

Improvisation which I mean is not difficult one but easy one.

Coming out easy movement and when I dance at 1 song that looks something story.

 この年、即興をいつもよりがんばった。

即興といっても、難しいものではなく 簡単なもの。簡単な動きがすっすっと出て来るようにというのと、一曲踊っても何となくストーリーになってるなぁ みたいなとこに落ち着けること。

I did last year but I couldn't obviously.

This year I got used to it.

去年までもやってたけど、明らかに出来てない‥と確信して 今年やっていたら 今だいぶ慣れてきました。

Now the foundation has built a little so progress is from now..

でも、ちょっと基盤のようなものが形成されて やっとこれからという感じでもある。

If you want to do it ! although it takes time‥you can do it too !

やりたいと思ったら、、時間はかかるけど 出来るよ！
