Counter strike aim patch

I stay like 2 secs without movement and aim for the head of the standing target bot and still miss the shot, no dmg, nothing. I can't explain it but before the patch I got a safety and stable aim, but now I cant even hit them properly. Maybe some of you can get me tips or got the same problem.
