I never noticed it there before. Probably because I've never need it. I just noticed from the main library page it shows up at the bottom of the page, so I clicked on it one day and it took me to the download menu. Of course, I play vanilla mainly so it rarely shows up unless there is an update to CSL. Hopefully it has addressed the issue. But in the past I've seen downloads appearing to start but don't seem to do anything. Maybe it is checking for updates? I've never paid any attention as I haven't had any issues.


It may need restarting for some updates to take affect. Every other skin is gigantic. It's not the cause of the issue regardless. I really do think that mod wipe thing that happened with the hardlock was the root cause of the issue.
