Pinnacle studio 14 and windows 7

Proposed as answer by Pooja. Tuesday, November 10, PM. I got it to work. I had to go in and delete the Reg Key using Regdelete found in step 2 here. I had to re-enter both serial numbers It installed and is working. Not sure all the extra things are working but I thought I'd pass on this info. I hope this helps someone else having the same trouble.
