How to rehash a file

Ok, this problem just has me stumped I am trying to rehash a file for use with a game I ahve already used a hash calculator, but the real problem I am having is trying to actually rehash it?

I have no clue on how to do that, if there is a website with a built in hasher, or something? To summarize what i'm trying to say I need to rehash a file, not calculate it using a hash calculator. If this is an illegal thing to do, Please tell me, I don't want to get into any trouble.

See links at bottom of this webpage. The question I have is why do you have to rehash the file to use it in a game? Multiple objects may have the same hash; they will be indicated by nincrementing the D value.
