Launch steam as admin. Go to games library right click on Arma OA. Go to properties Local files Verify gamecache Afterwards you will go into commander and update your beta patch, it should not give you further issues just a fresh DL. UPDATE: If you're like me and nothing came up when you searched it; it was a stupid mistake, just go into file explorer and search the two folders, then delete what he says to delete and there ya go It worked!
