Hello, Try Anyconnect install with parametr for logging. Here is my log anyconnect-win-version-core-vpn-predeploy-k9. There is an msi error at the end of the file.
It could be detected previous installation of AnyConnect. But there is an error in the middle of the log file. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. You need to discuss with Cisco experts. This could be a file locked by an antivirus or other application.

I tried but the purposed solution did work. I ran the installation file in compatibility mode for previous windows version and still got the error message. Again the installations failed. This time with te message: The file "ManifestTool.
