Why i hate microsoft

It appears for other apps, just not for Microsoft's own office suite. A clean install gives you a fresh start, while an upgrade is like taking your mother-in-law on your honeymoon. You can install older, unsupported software, and it may work just fine. Or not. I want to be sure. Even with all this research, things can still go wrong with technology - any company's technology - which is why I do step 1.

I've been working on this latest attempt to download and install 10 for almost 4 hours. I absolutely hate this product. Why is it that Apple and Android can update their OS' and seamlessly shoot the upgrades out to millions of users without turning the process into a circus but Microsoft can't?
