Asustek nagami2 driver
This is my first question, though I've found this site helpful for years. Now, there's a few drivers that I'm missing and can't seem to track down. Here are the devices that are flagged in my device manager: Other PCI bridge device PCI simple communications controller SM Bus controller Unknown device I tried using 2 hardware information programs like Everest to get more info on these, but they didn't tell me anything new -- same info as the device manager gives. I think, from what I've been able to gather from HP and other support forums, the ethernet card is integrated into this and the drivers for the motherboard would get it working.
But that's where I hit the wall -- I'm not sure if that's actually the problem, and I can't find any drivers for it anyway. Among other places, I looked at driverguide. There is a recovery partition on the hard drive from the initial install of MCE. However, I can't seem to access it, pressing F10 at startup doesn't do anything, it just goes into Windows normally.
I think I could get recovery disks from HP, but I'd rather not. Any advice? Join our community to see this answer! Unlock 1 Answer and 23 Comments. Andrew Hancock - VMware vExpert. We can't always guarantee that the perfect solution to your specific problem will be waiting for you. It's not a HP computer. Does that help? Okay, xpdrivers. I can download it on the computer I'm currently using to post this, but this is not the computer on which I need to install the drivers. The computer that needs the drivers needs an Internet adapter driver, too, before it can use that website and that utility from xpdrivers. Can someone please give me links to the actual drivers, please, if possible?
Last edited: Jul 12, So, none worked. But, you know, I said it was not a HP computer. Or are Compaqs HP? Last edited: Jul 13, I can't get anything from that link. I can see it's just for the audio drivers and I also need at least the Internet drivers, too , but every time I click next, it says "object moved to here", and when I click on "here", it takes me back to the page in your link, so it's a never-ending cycle that offers nothing.
Thanks, though. I imagine finding these links takes some work. If I knew how to search for them, I'd do it myself and I wouldn't bother other people. So, nobody knows how to help me get the drivers for this computer? Doesn't your hard drive have a recovery feature on it.
Most HP and Compaq computers have it. I'm guessing you have XP on it also so it depends on the operating system what drivers to download.
I wasn't able to find a model Compaq Presario on their database either. Sometimes you can pick up the drivers off the Windows XP disc and then update them after your able to get online. JST , Jul 15, Last edited: Jul 16, Here's the full information given to me by Belarc Adviser.
