Welcome to Tsu-city, Mie Prefecture! I will introduce about "Tsu-matsuri", the biggest festival in Tsu- city.
Tsu Festival was originally called "Hachimangu Sairei" and it is a historic festival of Tsu-hachimangu, which has been going to on since about 400 years ago.
"Hachimangu Sairei" is the began in 1632 by Toudou Takatsugu, at the second lord of Tsu.
