You can say that again.：全くその通りです！
直訳すると「あなたはもう一度言うことができます」という意味ですが、相手の発言に強く同意するときに使える定番のフレーズです。まったく同感であれば、［もう一度同じことを聞いても嫌に思わない］という意味合いから成っています。I agree with you も「あなたに同意しますよ」という意味ですが、今回のフレーズの方がよりカジュアルな言い回しになります。Tell me about it も口語として同じ感じで「本当だよね／全くだよね。」と同調したいときに使えます。
また、He is not very good at teaching math「彼は数学を教えるのがあまりうまくないね」と言う否定的な言を相手が言った時にも、同調した感じで使うことができます。
