Here is a simple but useful phrase you can use in everyday English conversation or on business:

She is motivated. (彼女はやる気ある。)

否定文は・・・

She isn’t motivated. (やる気ない。)

主語によってbe動詞が変わるからこの言い回しも練習しましょう：

・I’m motivated. (I + am の略)

・You’re motivated. (You + are)

・They’re motivated. (They + are)

過去形にしたら was/were を使いましょう:

I/He/She wasn’t motivated. You/We/They weren’t motivated. (やる気がなかった。)
