1対1での交渉だと相手の強みと弱みを自分と比較をする。その結果、勝つか、負けるかということが起きやすい。しかしこれがもう一人加わって、3者になると関係性は複雑になる。コチラには強いけれど、アチラには弱いなどジャンケンのような関係だ。すると勝ち負けというよりも、バランスをとって3方良しもしくは3者痛み分けとする方が容易になりやすい。もし2者でバランスを望むのならば最初から3者での交渉にすることが良いのかもしれない。(絵と文:サカキテツ朗)
