今日は岸和田のソウルフード「かしみん焼き」のお店をご紹介。
なかなか一見さんが入りにくい感じするけど、飲み友達に連れていってもらって
入ってみるとめちゃ良いお店。
Today, I would like to introduce Kashimin-yaki, the soul food of Kishiwada.
The entrance is quite local and difficult for first-time visitors to enter, but it is a very nice store.
細い路地裏の一角にあるローカル色満載のお店。
A store full of local color located in a corner of a narrow alleyway.
「鳥見」"torimi"
お好み焼きじゃなくて、かしみん焼き。たしか450円。（←記憶あいまい）
Kashiwamiyaki, not okonomiyaki.
味のある鉄板でお母さんが焼いてくれる。
It has a good feel to it.
こちらは「たまから」
有名なのはかしみん焼きの方やけど、たまからの方がより大衆的みたい。
軽い感じで、お酒のアテに最高。
お好み焼きとか焼きそばもあっておなかすいてたらどっちも食べたいね。
餃子とかもメニューにあったよ。
This is "Tamakara.
According to a person who knows Kishiwada, this is the real soul food of Kishiwada.
It is light and great as a side dish for drinks.
There were also okonomiyaki and yakisoba, so if you are hungry, you can have both.
Dumplings and other items were on the menu.
常連のお客さんがビールおごってくれた♪
「どっから来たん？これうまいで。」って色々話しかけてくれるからアウェイ感なく楽しめたよ。
女子一人で行こうもんならめちゃくちゃモテそう。。。笑
今度挑戦してくるわ、笑
そろそろ岸和田城の桜も満開やろうから、散歩のあとに寄るのもいいね。
少しお昼の時間帯をずらすとすんなり入れるかも。
The cherry blossoms at Kishiwada Castle will be in full bloom soon, so it would be nice to stop by after a walk.
If you move your lunch time a little, you may be able to get in easily.
