Mr S”s adventure in Paris.(2014.9.8 revision)
This time I(S) had participated in the tour around 4countries,France,Switerland,Germany and Liechtenstein.
I had been attracted to that’s greedy course,From Paris to MONT ST.MICHEL. Get on TGV to Geneva. Jungfraujoch where the highest station in Europe. Schloss Neuschwanstein What the model of Disney Cinderella Castle.to Die Romantische main road and Die Burgen (Old castle)main road. Among them ,abroad is 7/23 to 31 stopping 7night to 9days. I would be able to have managed to my job.
I had very impressed that the real sight is great, it couldn’t convey.
First, I think where is the best place to visit Paris, not to only follow the tour guide. I had a qualifications of tour and myself due to mission and go with little speaking French and Deutch.
I can get experience Only in Paris is to go to night spot, especially couple or women can fun. These shop needs suits pants necktie and leather shoes, so I bring those.
Nearest metro station can be find by map. But the hotel hasn’t realized until the last schedule come.
The schedule says hotel is in the section 19. The nearest station is turn out the Lavilette, and confirm the transport stations and so thought, next I booked PM11 at 23th and PM10:45 at 24th.
7/22 start from my home. Pm6 Narita airport hotel check-in
7/23 Narita airport start, 12.5hours flight and arrived Paris at 20pm. While I was in the air plane, watching 4 movies and I couldnt sleep.
We had reached hotel 22pm just expected on time. And 20 minutes later I change my clothes and go to metro station.
At the Lavirette station. I managed to the machine display in French to English and bought the ticket.
Guide book says that the metro is disturving. I ride the train and look around, there are like businessmen and students.
I transfer at the Lafiette station and in the train, I see old man with playing the accordion and demand coins for passengers, and he get off next station.
I get off at the Franklin Roosevert station and look for the exit.
The first French woods I realize is “Sortie”. I couldn’t find the around map and time table display. I select young number exit and go.
Above ground, there is Champ-elysees avenue and I thought there are very blight. I walk to way to the Triomphe.
I reached the shop 15minutes after the shop expected to open. There’re lined.
I asked the shopper whether can I inn, and replyed follow the line.
In the shop there’re tables and I was leading 6th before the stage.
My next seat is family with 2 elementary school students eating pizza and so.
The center stage is big initiation that appeared a horse, ice skate link, water fountain.
That’s fantastic. With a glass of champagne.
In Japan just 8am. Now the metro is over, I take a taxi. I arrived hotel at about 2am,and Ill go this morning at 8am.
7/24 tour course
Tour Eiffel, Triomphe: sight seeing by window.
Cateau Versailles, Musee Louvre : inn.
Seine river cruise: ride ship.
Free time is expected 4h in Paris, but inspection of TGV, so devided 7/24 1.5h and 7/26 2.5h.
Near the Opera where Center of the city, we have 1.5h free time before the dinner. The guide leading Madeleine church by walk. I determined to go to the Lafiette where one of the largest department store in Europe and stroll. The rooftop is the good view point, and I wonder where I was gone today.
Now I realized, here is the place where I had transferred station yesterday.
At the free time, there’s a lost pair. So I reached hotel little delay at 21:15.
Second days and I realise where the transfer station, so I have a little calm. Same yesterday I transferred at the Lafiette station, and this time old woman with karaoke singing and needs coins. She got off the next station.
When I get off the Alma Marceau station where riverside of Seine, I can see the flash right at the Eiffel tower just 10pm.
A little before When I go to the shop, shopper told me in English. But I cant understand then he told me in Japanese. I introduced myself I kamu from hukushima japan.
I was leaded center of the shop. Like yesterday, the sooner is the better seat.
I was told if can he take me a picture. I denyed because I don’t want the leader of the Japanese sukebe. But that’s not have to worry about.
With half champagne and make a charm from stopcock. That’s very amazing and much energetic.
7/25 We go to MONT ST.MICHEL since morning.
After guided monastery, we have free time. So ebb tide, I walked one around. I bought galvados, that distilled liquor from apples(cider), for my drink before sleeping.
My hotel is opposite shore, and I can see the after sunset and to catch fire fantastic scean.
7/26 Return to Paris since morning. And we have 2.5h free time after lunch where near the Opera , Center of the city.
Paris is wide enough, so I confirmed guide to gathering space. Climb the Eiffel tower needs over 5h, so I resignation immediately. I consideration the best plan how I can, usually I have little interest to appreciate of art. So I choice to go to the Orsay and the Orangerie museum.(about 1.5km)
Other side, guide leading Triomphe and Cathedrale Notre-Dame(Just watch outside and walk) by metro. 23person followed in all 28.
I had seen the Triomphe in night, so I go to my way. If I used metro, I cant realize the direction and time, so I went surface.
The road from the Opera is radial, so I take unexpected road. But I can enjoy the mood of townscape and crowded. The Tuileries park is crowd with peoples. Pass in front of the Louvre, I bought the set ticket in the Orangerie museum.
The Orangerie museum is famous of Mones Nympheas 2 rooms 8side.
The Orsay is usually line to buy thicket and next line to enter. But I had set ticket, so I short cut the time to buy ticket. Im looking guide book with my hand, and run around the famous pictures. Both museum prohibit to take photos.
My way to back to the gathering space, I have no mistake and arrived on time. When the guide find me in the bus, he murmur irasshatta(means I exist but he didn’t expect).
Next we go to Geneve by TGB and will arrive at 11pm.
Every time I told to guide that in emergency Ill call him. But never had time.
And so on.
In the restaurant, water and beer is the same price. So I drink beer or wine at lunch.
Other adventure is go to casino in the Interlaken in Switerland 27th. I tempt next married couple, go infront of the shop , but they refuse to enter, so I lonely went to. And I play black jack, next customer is bet more digit tips. The mood is good, so I think Ill want to win next time. Its good experience.
Other town I spend a very healthy time.
It rains in the bus, 27th Jungfraujoch over the cloud and I can see clearly the Aletsch glacier and the Jungfrau, menche.
29th the Schloss Neuschwanstein, it rains the before day but during inspection it stopped. It had inspection schedure, so it cant watch the day today.
29th Rothenburg after dinner and arrived hotel, it rains. 30th Heidelberg is cloudy.
And the last.
I think my experience point is raised.
Especially I stay in Paris, (1st day 23th 10pm to 25th 8am and 26th lunch to start TGV in the evening( only 4h and check inn time.) Using metro and walking the town, I have some familiarity with Paris. Im very satisfied.
