今回のボディトリートメントとリフレクソロジーにはバイブレーションマシーンをつけてます。
細かい振動で血流の流れを良くし、筋肉の緊張を緩める効果があります。
ボディトリートメントでは足裏から背面を約10分程度、リフレクソロジーでは足裏から脚裏全体を約5分程度に背術前後に筋肉に押し当てていきます。
