ABURIMOCHI

“Aburimochi” is so famous food that is sold at some shrines in Kyoto.”

“Aburu” means the word, “burn” We stick wooden skewers through Mochi and add a little of bit of soy sauce and burn it.

We usually eat it after visiting to shrines.
