卒業生の中村君の論文がJapanese Journal of Applied Physicsに掲載されました

この春に専攻科を卒業した中村君の論文「Evaluation of the thermal effusivity of intermetallic compounds using a modulated thermoreflectance method」がJapanese Journal of Applied Physicsに掲載されました．顕微サーモリフレクタンス法による金属間化合物の熱物性評価について考察しています．
