Evolution of Shoes|2022/06/08
I bought a sneaker called Nike's Go Fly Ease. There is no need to tie shoelaces or use a shoehorn, and the structure is such that the heel can be tightened tightly by simply putting my foot in the shoe. It's a wonderful shoe that can be worn like sandals and can also be used for exercise such as running. I'm glad that these shoes exist because it was difficult to put on shoes while holding my daughter. Until now, most shoes have cool designs, are easy to run, and are light, but I have never thought of the ability to wear them without using my hands. It was originally developed for people with disabilities. These needs are not mass, but products continue to evolve because there are people and companies that research and develop and commercialize them. -Text and illustration by Ted Sakaki
