Today I think about an interval in dancing.

When useing a vail both hurrying too much and too flat are not good.

 Does it mean I couldn't sing a song?

The interval is difficult for me.

However  before  I was worse than now so ‥♡

間 ‥ま ‥のことを考えていました。

ベールを使う時なんか、急ぎすぎても退屈平坦もどっちもダメ🙅‍♀️

単純に歌いきれてないからかな？

とにかく 間 は私にとって難しい。

でも、前はもっと悪かったから良くなったのかな^_^

I practiced saidi for a salsa event and I did more things ⭐︎

今日はルンビータさんのサルサイベントで踊るサイディとベールなどの練習。

 ‥Due to muscle pain of snowboad now I can't squat well. So I did limited movents and eating meats.
