東金町運動場スポーツクライミングセンター | Higashi-kanamachi Athletic Ground Sport Climbing Center

スピード・リード・ボルダリングの3種目を備えた総合クライミング施設として、2020年8月に開設されました。「スポーツクライミング」は、東京2020 夏季オリンピックから正式種目となり、日本・ドイツ・スロベニアの3カ国の選手がこの施設で事前キャンプを行いました。2022年6月に、スポーツクライミングのトップ選手の強化拠点「ナショナルトレーニングセンター」に指定されました。

This center was opened in August 2020 as a comprehensive facility for three climbing categories, bouldering, lead climbing and speed climbing. "Sport climbing" made its Olympic debut at the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics in Japan, athletes from Japan, Germany and Slovenia held a pre-camp at this facility. In June 2022, the center was designated as the "National Training Center" for strengthening top athletes in sports climbing .
