New Year's greeting from JMFA and notice of changes
Happy new year 2018 ! May this year be your best ever.
This is a notification from soccer school. We have established our company named “JM Football Academy SDN.BHD.” last year and we have named our soccer school as “JM Football Academy”. We have changed our system and several rules following our company’s full-scale start-up.
There are 6 big changes in total.
Firstly, lesson location is changed from Danga Futsal Center to EduCity. We use indoor court for practice, so be sure not to come wearing football cleats, but come in sports shoes.
Secondly, lessons are held three times in a week. Lesson fee per month is RM200 (RM300 for academy course) even if you take 3 lessons in a week. It doesn’t matter whether you take one lesson or three lessons in a week.
Thirdly, we don’t hold any make-up lesson for your absence. We have accepted make-up lessons if you had told us about your absence by two weeks before. However, we won’t deduct from lesson fee nor hold make-up lessons if you missed any lesson.
Fourthly, we hold lessons every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. We said we had no lesson if we have fifth week, but we hold lessons even if we have fifth week from January 2018.
Fifthly, lesson fee per month is fixed to RM200 (RM300 for academy course), no matter how many lessons would be held per month.
Finally, we don’t refund your deposit but redeem it as for the last month’s lesson fee. If you would like to quit our football school or academy, be sure to tell us about it more than a month before. We apply month-end closing system, so if you tell us about it on January 20th, you can take lessons on February using your deposit, and your membership would be expired on March 1st.

In this course, kids will improve their basic physical strength and get used to balls. Coaches tell kids how enjoyable to move their bodies through playing football and let them feel the importance of cooperating with their peers.

Time : 17:00〜17:55
Venue : EduCity indoor court

In this course, we aim to improve children’s basic physical strength and motor skills. This course is suitable for football beginners.
Improving basic skills of football thoroughly
Why do we improve children’s basic skills of football? We have two reasons about it.
Firstly, it is said that movements acquired by 12 years old will not be lost forever.
Secondly, once children can improve their football skills by 12 years old, they can play football well in their manhood even if they have quit playing football for a while.

This course starts in Feburuary 2018.

Time : 18:00〜18:55
Venue : EduCity outside futsal court ＋ differ from each week
＜Monthly Fee＞
Three times in a week・・・RM300
In addition, we ask you to pay entry fee for tournaments, practice game fees, transportation fee when we use a bus to join away match, etc.
Monthly fee is fixed to RM300 even if you absent from lessons.
We don’t hold any make-up lesson if you missed lessons.

We divide categories into U8, U10, and U12. Each category is up to 15 members. If there are more than 15 applicants in one category, we hold a trial and replace members.
In this course, we work together as a team. This is differ from U12 Junior Basic. Members in this course can join lessons of U12 Junior Basic if they want to, that means they can take six lessons in a week ＋ one lesson or joining tournament in weekend.
The highlight of our academy course is that we invite Mr. Daisuke Ito as an adviser to build up our practice schedule. He has the world best licence issued by UEFA, Union of European Football Associations. His license is”UEFA A license”※２, it is the most authorized license in the world to teach football to children. He is currently work as a professional coach for junior team in Spain. Our academy is only one in Malaysia that can take the same methods of junior team in Spain, home of football.
We invite some excellent people to be our academy’s adviser like ex-professional football players who has renowned around the world, active professional football players, enterprise managers, and well-known faces in the future. We aim higher to be No.1 academy in Asia, not only for our academy’s football skills but also develop children’s resourcefulness.
We offer tours to study abroad both short-term and long-term to participate in junior team in Spain, Germany, England, and Portuguese. (※ Applicants need to pay the cost.)
We haven’t decided the exact date, but we will participate in football tournaments held in Europe and playing away match in Spain as our academy team.
＜Study＞
Lecture of nutrition, soccer, mental training, etc
We give children some assignments every week regarding to what you learned in a previous class. They need to do the assignments at home.

＜JMFA Kid’s Enjoy Club＞
What is JMFA Kid’s Enjoy Club?
It is an event organization for kids held by JMFA. It doesn’t matter if you are the member of JMFA or not, every kid lives in Johor can join our event.
Every kid seeks for their friends to play with, and they can learn lots of important things such as knowledges, skills, and attitudes to be a part of societies through their play. We aim to help them to build good relationships with other people, and give them activities to develop their mind and bodies. We believe our activities are a part of essential educational ones together with their school and their home.
We will hold various events for kids to help them to be a leader of affluent society.
Social activities; Setsubun (Bean-Throwing Festival), Halloween, Christmas party,
cleanup activity, lifesaving training, etc.
Sports and recreation activities; marathon tournament, sports day, flea market, camp, etc.
Cultural activities; art and music appreciation, astronomical observation, etc.
※１ About deposit
We don’t refund your deposit but redeem it as for the last month’s lesson fee. If you would like to quit our football academy, be sure to tell us about it more than a month before. We apply month-end closing system.

The UEFA Pyramid:
Level 5, UEFA Pro Licence (focus on how to manage)
A mandatory qualification for managing in the FA Premier League and UEFA competitions.
Most candidates complete in 12 months
Level 4, UEFA A Licence (focus on phases of play, 9v9 games and 11v11 match play)
Work as a manager/coach in the professional game, or Academy Manager.
Most candidates complete within 2 years.
Level 3, UEFA B Licence (focus on functions, phases of play and 8v8 games)
Find work in Centres of Excellence and Academies.
You have 2 years, but can usually be completed in 12-18 months
Level 2, Certificate in Coaching Football (focus on how we coach, play, support and the future player)
Find work in Football in the Community, local authorities, US soccer camps.
You have 3 years to complete, but it can be achieved in 6 months. PFA members can start their coaching pathway at this tier.
Level 1
Useful for local community work, and can be completed in a few weeks. Not a mandatory qualification, but a gentle introduction.
