Agilent e8257d manual

I recently bought an Agilent branded E8257D-540 in (almost) perfect condition with some good options. The synthesizer works but has two problems which I identified. The first was sporadic loss of output at lower frequencies (randomly between 950-2000 MHz). The RF output across all bands is synthesized from a 3.2-10 GHz YTO.
