HOT/COLDのいろいろな使い方！

Hi everybody! Of course you all know what “hot/cold” means, right? But “hot” and “cold” have other meanings besides ｢熱い」 and 「寒い」。 いろいろな意味があるから今日 “hot/cold” を練習しましょう！

First, let`s look at “hot.”

①　ツイてる。 For example…

He`s really hot. (彼はツイてるね！)

②　流行ってる。 For example…

Those shoes are really hot. (その靴は流行ってるね！)

③　セクシー/美的/かっこいい For example…

He`s hot./She`s hot. (ゆーダルヴィッシュとか)(長谷川ジュンとか)

Those shoes are hot! (その靴はセクシーだね！)

Now, let`s look at “cold.”

①　ツイてない。 For example…

I`m cold. (俺ツイてないっていう意味で、ラスベガスとかで賭け事する時にはよく使います。)

②　冷たい For example…

He`s really cold. (彼はすごい冷たい人だね。)
