VR防災体験車｜VR DIsaster Experience Vehicle

たまたま丸の内を歩いていたらVR防災体験車が止まっていた。VRなのになぜこんなに大きな車なんだろうと思って見ていたら、係の人に是非体験してみてくださいと勧められた。単にVRのヘッドセットで見るだけではなく、シートが動き、顔に熱風を感じたりと、リアルに震度７の世界を体感することができた。３分間の体験だったけれど、もっと長く感じた。見終わると係のおじさんが、頭上にものを置かないことと、非常用トイレは用意しておいた方がいいよとアドバイス。体感を伴う説明はやっぱり説得力あるなぁ。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗）

When I happened to be walking in Marunouchi, a VR disaster experience car was parked. I wondered why it was such a big car even though it was VR, and the staff recommended that I try it. Instead of just watching it through a VR headset, I was able to experience the real world with a seismic intensity of 7 as the seat moved with the hot air blowing on my face. It was a three minute experience, but it felt longer. When I finished watching, the senior staff advised me not to put anything over my head and to prepare an emergency toilet.
