A tall and beautiful Punjabi girl Gamini has cracked the UPSC IAS exams and got 3rd position nationwide. She got inspired by her role model IPS Navjot Simmi and Kiran Bedi. She is a confident girl and has worked in a private company at the post of an engineer before clearing the IAS exam.
Along working on her private job this girl managed to prepare for the UPSC exam and cracked it. She has not only cracked it but got her name listed on the top 3rd position following the number one ranked girl Shruti Sharma from Delhi.
Gamini Singla Wikipedia, Biography (Childhood, Hometown, Age)
She has remained a student of Mount Convent School in Jindwadi, Nangal. Then she went to Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh in 2017. From there she passed out her computer Science Engineering in 2021. In her interviews, Gamini declared that it was her childhood dream to become an IAS and that is why she started preparing for it in 2020.
When she got 3rd ranked in India her teacher from the college felt proud of their student. Her college director Mr. Baldev Setia talked to the media.
PEC director, Baldev Setia said that it is a proud moment for the institute that one of its alumni is among the toppers of the UPSC civil services examination. “Her achievement will encourage many of our graduates in the time to come,” he said.
Whereas her class teachers have praised her and shared that she was one of the hard-working students in her class. Gamini Singla remained a representative for her class and got a job offer during campus placement.

Gamini got selected to work with JP Morgan Chase & Co during campus placement. It appears that she has worked for a short time with them or has cleared her internship period. She left her job to pursue her dream of becoming an IAS. Now Gamini is one of the top 3 UPSC candidates who has cracked the UPSC IAS 2021 exam. She will soon start her services as an IAS officer under the Government of India.
To achieve this success Gamini has stated that she use to study nine to ten hours a day. She had used her every minute to prepare for the exam. She is a girl with high thoughts that women can achieve anything in their life. She has made promised herself that after joining as an IAS officer she will serve the betterment and development of the country.
