Pol began his career after participating in the singing reality show X Factor Spain in 2018. He entered the finals of this show and then defeated Elena Farga in the finals. He was crowned the winner of the Season 3 X Factor Spain.

Then making a mark in the industry as a winner of X Factor Spain he launched his first single song “Late” in 2019 and also launched its music video. In the same year on 26th April 2019, his first EP was launched by him.
In 2020 he got provided his fans with his debut album “Tengo Que Calmarme.” In 2020 Pol Granch also debut as an actor as he first announced it to his fans.
