Were the good old days really good for everybody?
We all are born from ignorance, we all strive to be better as each day goes by. The only way that we can do this is to talk to each other and Have uncomfortable conversations, disagreements etc. and learn to work through them to better our communication.
Change requires understanding, patience and forgiveness of ourselves and others. It also requires letting go of the comfort of our outdated beliefs. It encourages us to not center our own comfort in a conversation. Change requires us to step back and see life from a different perspective and not be stuck in our own limited experience.
