Avon Products posts FY19 sales of $4,491 mn

Avon Products, a global manufacturer and marketer of beauty and related products, has reported that its net sales decreased 15 per cent to $4,491.1 million in full FY19 that ended on December 31, 2019 compared to $5,247.7 million in prior year. However, net income for the full year reported loss of $1.3 million compared loss of $21.8 million prior year.

Operating profit fell to $125.6 million (FY18: 235.2 million). Sales general & expenses reduced 12 per cent to $2,627.5 million (FY18: $2,972.1 million).
