Nisha worked in the movies only and never signed any contract with a TV show production house. She debut in 1980 by working in the Tamil movie Mangal Nayagi. In 1990 she appeared in the Malayalam movie Chuvappu Naada.

During 80′ she experiences success and luxury in her life and is famous among the audience. She got the opportunity to work with popular directors like Visu, K Balachander, and Chandrashekar. The last movie of Nisha Noor that got released at theatres was the Malayalam movie Mimics Action 500 (1995).

A said incident derailed the successful life of Nisha. She got involved in providing prostitution services. She got vanished from the industry due to rejection from every director and actor for work. After 1995 it is said that she survived by working as a prostitute. She suffered from the shock that no one wants to work with her.

During the ending day of her life, she was found sleeping outside a Dargah (a holy place) in Chennai. When the nearby people spotted her, Nisha’s health conditions were worse as worms and ants were crawling on her body. The complete body of Nisha was appearing as a skeleton. At the time no one recognized her that she is a famous actress.

But when cops and Tamil NGO (Muslim Munnetta Kazhagam) people shifted her to the hospital it was discovered that she is actress Nisha Noor. Doctors revealed that she was suffering from a disease called AIDS. She died in hospital on April 23, 2007. It is said that she was unaware that she is suffering from AIDS.
