秋の風景｜Autumn Scenery

信州大学に行くのにバスタから駒ヶ根行きのバスに乗る。コロナの時はガラガラだったのに、今日はほぼ満席だ。しかもお年寄りの方々が多い。旅行に行くのは３年ぶりのようで、朝からお菓子をバリバリ食べたり、楽しそうな会話が聞こえてくる。信州に到着し、農産物の販売センターをのぞくと多くの人が訪れている。この町では松茸もよくとれるらしく、松茸コーナーが充実し香りが漂ってくる。やはり値段はするものの国産にしてはリーズナブル。さっそくたくさん買おうと思ったら日持ちは２−３日しかしないという。泣く泣く小さなものにしたけれど、徐々にコロナ前の風景に戻りつつあるのがなんだか嬉しい。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗）

When I go to Shinshu University, I take a bus bound for Komagane from Shinjuku Bus Terminal. There were few gusts at the time of Corona, but today it was almost full. And there were many elderly people, saying it has been 3 years since the last trip, and they ate snacks and had happy conversations. When I arrived in Shinshu and looked at the agricultural product sales center, many people were visiting. It seems that matsutake mushrooms are often harvested in this town, and the matsutake mushroom corner was enriched and the scent wafted through the air. After all, the price was reasonable for domestic production. I wanted to buy a lot right away, but it would only last for 2-3 days. I bought a small one, but I was kind of happy that it's gradually returning to the pre-corona scenery. -Text and illustration by Ted Sakaki
