7. Use active voice
Active voice is used to indicate that the grammatical subject of the verb is performing the action or causing the happening denoted by the verb. The subject in an active sentence comes first whereas in a passive sentence, the object (receiving the action) comes first and the subject is denoted at the end of the sentence. Writing in passive voice only leads to the use of more words than is required. This confuses the reader’s mind and the sentences sound off as well.

Rephrase: He will write a book.
8. Paragraphs must be 250-300 words
Paragraphs are one of several distinct subdivisions of a text that are intended to separate ideas. Each paragraph should be 250-300 that could be glanced at in one sweep.
